AM I READY?

Do I need to be fit?

No. The movement practices are designed for all bodies and all starting points. What matters is curiosity and openness, not fitness or flexibility. The work adapts to you, not the other way around.

Will this be emotional?

Possibly. Some women experience strong feelings — this is a natural part of honest self-reflection. Every session is held with steadiness and care. You won't be pushed beyond what feels right for you.

Is this therapy?

No. Move to Clarity is not therapy or psychological treatment. It's clarity coaching supported by intentional movement — a grounded starting point, not clinical intervention. If you are currently in therapy, that's perfectly fine and often complementary.

What about guilt for leaving my family?

That feeling is common, and valid. Many women who attend leave feeling more present, more patient, and more energised when they return. Investing 2.5 days in yourself often gives far more back to those around you than it takes.

Can I come alone?

Most women do come alone. You won't be alone for long — the group forms quickly and warmly. Many participants cite the connections made as among the most meaningful parts of the experience.

THE PROGRAM

What does a typical day look like?

Each day begins with a gentle morning movement practice, followed by a clarity coaching session, solo reflection time, communal meals, and an evening wind-down ritual. No two days are the same — the schedule builds gently as the weekend progresses.

How many women attend each retreat?

We cap each retreat at 12 women. This is intentional — deep work requires intimacy and safety, which a large group cannot provide. Small groups also allow the facilitators to offer personalised support throughout.

What movement styles are included?

Guided meditation, breathwork, lymphatic energising movement, gentle functional strength training with mini-bands and body weight, mobility and joint release, and restorative practices. Everything is adaptable to all bodies.

What do I need to bring?

Comfortable movement clothing, layers for the evening, toiletries, and an open mind. All mats, resistance bands, journaling materials, and props are provided. Meals are also included, so no need to bring food.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Where exactly is the retreat held?

At AlBadayer Retreat by Sharjah Collection, located in Hatta, UAE. The venue is approximately 1.5 hours from Dubai. Transport arrangements can be discussed on booking.

Is transport to the venue included?

Transport is not currently included in the package price. We can help coordinate group transport or provide directions for self-driving. Please get in touch to discuss your specific situation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 on Friday. Check-out is at 12:00 on Sunday following the closing ceremony. Please do not arrange to leave before the closing — it is an important part of the experience.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

How do I reserve my place?

Select your accommodation package above and complete the booking. A deposit secures your place, with the balance due closer to the retreat date. Full payment details are provided at checkout.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand life happens. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat date receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat date, subject to availability.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Payment plans are available on request. Please contact us directly at info@veronikaempowering.com to discuss your preferred arrangement.

AFTER THE RETREAT

What support is available after the retreat?

All participants receive a post-retreat group check-in session, scheduled approximately 3–4 weeks after the retreat. This supports integration of what was experienced and provides a space to share how things are unfolding in daily life.

Will I stay connected with the other women?

Many women choose to stay in contact after the retreat. We facilitate a shared group space for past participants to support and connect with one another — entirely optional, but often very meaningful.
